Matcha Isuzu is in the principal lineup from <meta charset="utf-8">Marukyu Koyamaen, a famous and multiple award winning Japanese matcha company established over 300 years ago.  It offers a good balance between aroma, astringency, umami, and bitter.  This Uji matcha is suitable for beginners and makes an excellent matcha latte.  It's a bit more bold than the <a rel="noopener" title="Aoarashi Matcha from Marukyu Koyamaen" href="https://www.thesteepingroom.com/products/aoarashi-matcha-by-marukyu-koyamaen?variant=45961390588127" target="_blank">Aoarashi</a>, which is the matcha just previous to this one in the Marukyu Koyamaen principal lineup.
